Orders are shipped by PELLETTERIA PROFUMERIA PEPE from Monday to Friday from 9:30 to 12:45. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed starting from the following Monday morning.
Orders for items that are already available are shipped the first working day following the day the order was placed, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods. Your credit card will be charged on the day of the order.
In all cases PELLETTERIA PROFUMERIA PEPE reserves the right to postpone shipment if events with causes of force majeure occur.
All Customers who place an order establish a commercial relationship with PELLETTERIA PROFUMERIA PEPE and therefore undertake to accept delivery of their package.
If for any reason the customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests the return to the sender, any shipping costs charged to PELLETTERIA PROFUMERIA PEPE will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
